Two shareholders raise stakes in Macedonia's Fersped above 5.0%

SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 31 (SeeNews) – Macedonian forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] said on Wednesday that two of its shareholders raised their stakes in the company above 5.0% through bourse transactions.

Two shareholders raise stakes in Macedonia's Fersped above 5.0%

Local confectionery maker Evropa acquired 422 Fersped ordinary shares on December 25, raising its stake to 5.61%, or 1,016 shares, Fersped said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.

Skopje-based trade company AVT Consulting purchased 620 Fersped shares, increasing its holdings to 1,308 shares, or 7.22% of the company’s equity capital, through a bourse transaction on December 29.

Fersped was trading at 55,500 denars ($1,100/902 euro) by 1000 CET on Wednesday, down 0.89% from a day earlier.

Fersped's equity capital is divided into 18,113 shares with par value of 37,400 denars each.

Fersped is the biggest forwarding company in Macedonia and a component of the bourse’s blue-chip index MBI-10.
