Currently, Ziraat Bank Bosnia operates only in Bosnia's other entity, the Muslim-Croat Federation, where it has 21 branches.

“We want to participate in Bosnia’s economic development and to operate across the country,” news agency Srna (www.srna.rs) reported on Tuesday quoting the bank’s general director Aliriza Akbas. "In the first stage, we plan to open four branches in the Serb Republic next year, that will be followed by more," he added.

Ziraat Bank Bosnia (www.ziraatbosnia.com) has been operating in the Muslim-Croat Federation since 1997.
