ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 17 (SeeNews) – Turkey's lender Ziraat Bank [BIST:TCZB] said it has decided to establish a medium term note (MTN) programme to issue debt instruments worth up to $4.0 billion (3.2 billion euro) or denominated in other currency in international markets.

Ziraat Bank will issue the debt in one or more issues with different maturities to qualified investors, the state-controlled bank said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
