Turkey's YDA Insaat sells 200 mln lira (67 mln euro) in bonds

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 16 (SeeNews) – Turkish construction firm YDA Insaat [BIST:YDATH] said on Tuesday it has sold 200 million Turkish lira ($84 million/67 million euro) in three-year floating rate bonds on the domestic market.

The bonds, directed to qualified investors, have a first coupon rate of 2.87%, YDA Insaat said in a bourse filing.

Local intermediary and investment banking services provider Yapi Kredi Yatirim Menkul Degerler and sector player Ziraat Yatirim Menkul Degerler were underwriters of the issue.
