Turkey's Vakifbank plans 200 mln lira (71 mln euro) bond issue

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 30 (SeeNews) – Turkey’s Vakifbank [BIST:VAKBN] said on Tuesday it has decided to issue 200 million Turkish lira ($86 million/71 million euro) in 119-day bonds.

The bonds will be offered to the public in Turkey, the bank said in a bourse filing.

Vakifbank has regulatory approval to issue bonds with varying maturities of up to five years with a ceiling amounting to 8.0 billion lira on the domestic market, the bank added.
