ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 17 (SeeNews) – Turkish bottled water maker Pinar Su Sanayi ve Ticaret [BIST:PINSU] said on Wednesday it has sold its 4.74% stake in local sales and marketing firm Yasar Birlesik Pazarlama, Dagitim, Turizm ve Ticaret for 13.2 million Turkish lira ($5.7 million/4.5 million euro).
Pinar Su said in a bourse filing that it had sold the stake to meat products and ready-cooked foods maker Pinar Entegre Et ve Un Sanayii [BIST:PETUN]. Pinar Su and Pinar Et are both controlled by diversified group Yasar Holding.

In a separate bourse filing on Wednesday, Pinar Et said its stake in Yasar Birlesik Pazarlama has increased to 42.78% after the transaction.
The other shareholders in Yasar Birlesik Pazarlama are dairy firm Pinar Sut, with a stake of 31.82%, Yasar Holding, with 22.48% stake, and others.
