Turkey's Pegasus Airlines starts JV talks with Kazakh investment fund

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 18 (SeeNews) – Turkish low-cost air carrier Pegasus Airlines [BIST:PGSUS] said on Thursday it has entered into negotiations with Kazakh investment fund JSC Stock Investment Fund of Venture Investments Green Invest on forming a joint venture (JV) for conducting low-cost air travel in, from and to Kazakhstan.

The proposed joint investment is expected to be set up by June 30, 2015, Pegasus Airlines said in a bourse filing.

Pegasus Airlines currently operates flights to 76 locations in 30 countries, according to information on its website.
