ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 29 (SeeNews) – Turkish low-cost air carrier Pegasus Airlines [BIST:PGSUS] said on Monday it has disposed off its 59.45% stake in local hotel and gas stations' operator Izmirliler Otelcilik Yatirim Turizm A.S.

Pegasus Airlines sold the stake for $750,000 (615,000 euro) to Turkish individual investors Kursat Pehlivanlı ve Cemil Direkci, it said in a bourse filing.

Pegasus Airlines also holds a 69% stake in local air transportation firm IHY Izmir Havayollari, a 49% stake in simulated flight training company Pegasus Ucus Egitim merkezi, 49% of Kyrgyz air transportation firm Air Manas Air Company, and has no indirect subsidiaries, according to information in its January-September activity report.
