Turkey's Ostim says unit ODF Ortadogu Uluslararasi Fuarcilik in liquidation

ODF, 80.95%-owned by Ostim, has not been active for a long time, Ostim said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

ODF was established to organise the participation of Ostim companies in international fairs, according to information on the website of Ostim.

Ostim is active through its subsidiaries in the provision of equipment, mechanical engineering and construction of industrial construction projects such as electromechanical and automation projects, power plants, telecom projects and cement plants.
