ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 29 (SeeNews) – Turkish private equity and venture capital firm Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi [BIST:GOZDE] said on Monday it has sold 400 million Turkish lira ($173 million/142 million euro) in 24-month floating rate bonds.
The bonds, directed to qualified investors in the domestic market, carry a first coupon rate of 2.8565%, the company said in a bourse filing.
Gozde Girisim aims to invest in non-food companies that have financial and operational restructuring needs which promise comparably rapid and higher returns.
