ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 17 (SeeNews) – Turkish private equity firm Gozde Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi [BIST:GOZDE] said on Wednesday it has received regulatory approval to issue up to 500 million Turkish lira ($212 million/170 million euro) in debt instruments.
The company will direct the debt to qualified investors in the domestic market, it said in a bourse filing.
Gozde Girisim aims to invest in non-food companies that have financial and operational restructuring needs which promise comparably rapid and higher returns.
