Turkey's Emlak Konut targets 6.76 bln lira (2.26 bln euro) property sales in 2015

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 16 (SeeNews) – Turkish real estate investment company Emlak Konut GYO [BIST:EKGYO] said it aims to sell 12,016 independent property units for a total of 6.76 billion Turkish lira ($2.83 billion/2.26 billion euro) in 2015.

The company anticipates selling 1,519 independent units for 1.05 billion lira in the first quarter of 2015, 2,622 units for 1.39 billion lira in the second quarter, 3,576 units for 1.85 billion lira in the third quarter and 4,299 units for 2.47 billion lira in the last quarter of the coming year, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Emlak Konut generated 4.34 billion lira from the sale of 8,596 independent property units in the eleven months through November.
