Turkey's Denizbank sells 340 mln lira (115 mln euro) in non-performing loans

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 16 (SeeNews) – Turkish lender Denizbank [BIST:DENIZ] said it has sold 340.35 million Turkish lira ($144.11 million/115.15 million euro) in non-performing loans for 45.25 million lira.

The bank sold non-performing personal loans totalling 251.55 million lira to local asset manager Girisim Varlik Yonetim for 38.15 million lira and 88.8 million lira in non-performing working capital loans to Turkasset Varlık Yonetimi for 7.1 million lira, it said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Denizbank is 99.85%-owned by Sberbank of Russia and the remainder is listed on Borsa Istanbul.
