Celebi Hava Servisi received the information from the Tanzanian Airports Authority Services which called the tender, the company said in a bourse filing.
The Turkish firm said in May that it had placed a bid jointly with Tanzanian firm Universal Electronics & Hardware Ltd for the licence.
Julius Nyerere International Airport handled about 39,000 flights and 2.4 million passengers in 2013. Currently, only one company has a licence to provide ground handling services at the airport, Celebi said in May.
