Akfen Insaat offered an all-inclusive yearly price of 127.9 million Turkish lira ($55.1 million/45.2 million euro) in the reverse auction, called by Turkey’s ministry of health, for the construction of the hospital against a lease payment and provision of products and services for the hospital for 25 years, Akfen Holding said in a bourse filing.

The hospital will have 1,081-bed capacity, Akfen Holding added.

Last year, Akfen Insaat won the tender to build a hospital in the western Turkish city of Isparta under a PPP model with the health ministry.
