Turkey's Akdeniz Guvenlik wins 94.4 mln lira (31.9 mln euro) security deal

ISTANBUL (Turkey), December 17 (SeeNews) – Turkish security company Akdeniz Guvenlik Hizmetleri [BIST:AKGUV] said on Wednesday it has won a tender to provide private security services at cemeteries in Istanbul for 94.4 million Turkish lira ($39.8 million/31.9 million euro).

Under the agreement Akdeniz Guvenlik will provide the services for three years with a staff of 700, the company said in a bourse filing.

Akdeniz Guvenlik provides 24-hour private security services for public and private organisations, residences and sites, and close protection services to individuals in 66 provinces in Turkey.
