Apart from Prevent Global, Aerodrom Slovenj Gradec has two shareholders who have the right of first refusal, the notice showed.
According to Slovenian media reports, the majority shareholder of Aerodrom Slovenj Gradec is Slovenian company Eurocity, owned by entrepreneur Janko Zakersnik, while less than 1% is held by local company Konik.
The airport in Slovenj Gradec has an asphalt runway 1,200 meters in length. Slovenian daily Vecer reported in November that Zakersnik was attempting to sell Aerodrom Slovenj Gradec for 8 million euro following a lawsuit in which the company lost ownership of approximately one-third of the airport's runway to Carinthian Aeroclub Slovenj Gradec.
