March 19 (SeeNews) - Albania's capital Tirana said on Tuesday it has opened tenders for consultants to help improve the city’s road network as well as enhance the quality of public services provided by the local government, with budgets totalling 365 million leks ($3.8 million/3.5 million euro).
A project worth 206 million leks envisages a comprehensive study of Tirana's road infrastructure, the municipal government said in a tender notice. Another project targets performance of public services in local governance, as subject of assessments by the consultant, budgeted at 160 million leks.
Prospective bidders should be able to complete their evaluations of each of the projects within two years.
The deadline for submissions in both tenders is April 19.
