Three Slovenian Companies Acquire 27.28% in Furniture Retailer Lesnina

September 23 (SeeNews) - Three Slovenian companies - Siringa, Glen and Publikum Trezor, have acquired a 27.28% stake in local furniture retailer Lesnina, following a buyout bid, Lesnina said on Tuesday.

The three bidders offered to pay 2,000 euro ($2,957) per Lesnina share in a bid which lasted from August 19 to September 15. They owned a combined 35.11% of Lesnina before the bid.

The buyout offer, which was accepted by 941 shareholders with a combined 20,866 shares, was successful, Lesnina said in a statement to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), where it is listed.

Shares in Lesnina last traded on the LJSE on September 10 when they added 0.03% to an average price of 1,983.03 euro.
