Telekom Srbija plans to raise investments to 16.6 bln dinars (144.7 mln euro) in 2014

December 31 (SeeNews) - Incumbent state-owned telecoms operator Telekom Srbija said on Tuesday it invested over 14 billion dinars ($168 million/122.1 million euro) in 2013 and is planning to spend a further 16.6 billion dinars next year, mostly on the development of broadband internet services.

Net profit is seen at around 15 billion dinars in 2013, Telekom Srbija's press office said in an emailed response to a SeeNews inquiry.

In 2012, the net profit of Telekom Srbija nearly halved to 11.3 billion dinars on a 1.4% rise in operating revenues to 88.5 billion dinars, data from Serbia's Business Registry Agency indicated.
