Telekom Slovenije targets 27.5 mln euro net profit in 2020

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 11 (SeeNews) – Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] said it expects the group to make a net profit of 27.5 million euro ($30.5 million) on operating revenues of 676 million euro next year.

The group also plans to post earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of 210.6 million euro next year, Telekom Slovenije said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Excghange late on Tuesday, after its supervisory board approved the group's strategic business plan for the 2020–2023 period.

Under the plan, Telekom Slovenije group plans to invest 209.7 million euro next year. The group will focus on continued optimization of business processes, achieving an optimal employee structure and enduring financial stability.

“Telekom Slovenije group’s competitive advantage in the future will remain the highest quality of its services, which will be based on cutting-edge and state-of-the-art ICT solutions and other services, and future development will continue to be based on the high standards of social responsibility and sustainable development,” the company noted.
