December 11 (SeeNews) - Majority state-owned Telekom Slovenije said on Friday it has issued 300 million euro ($443 million) in seven-year bonds.
"As Telekom Slovenia already announced, this bond issue does not represent additional borrowing for the company, as the total amount of funds will be used for more favorable financing of existing debt," the company said in a statement posted on its website. No further details were available.
The company’s shares closed at an average daily price of 134.83 euro, 1.15% down from Thursday's close.
