Telekom Slovenije 9-mo Group Net Profit Falls 55% to 34.1 Mln Euro

November 20 (SeeNews) - Majority state-owned Telekom Slovenije said on Friday its group net profit fell by 55% on the year to 34.1 million euro ($50.6 million) in the first nine months of 2009.

“Between January and September 2009, the operating revenues of Telekom Slovenia Group reached 637.2 million euro, staying flat compared to the same period in 2008,” the company said in its unaudited nine-month financial report posted on its website.

Group EBITDA fell 15% on the year to 209.6 million euro through September.

Telekom Slovenije shares, part of LJSE's blue-chip SBITOP index, were trading down 1.34% at an average price of 138.69 euro by 1415 GMT on Friday.
