BUCHAREST (Romania), December 18 (SeeNews) – A stake of 6.0% in Romanian real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor changed hands for 7.1 million lei ($2.4 million/1.7 million euro) in a single transaction on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, on Friday, bourse data showed.
The 12 million shares changed hands at price of 0.59 lei per share, down from Thursday’s close of 0.61 lei, BVB data showed.

The buyer and the seller were not immediately identified.
Individual Dan Ioan Pop was the largest single shareholder in Impact Developer & Contractor, holding a 28.07% stake in the company at the end-August. Individual Daniela Carmen Sandulescu held 11.56% of the company and smaller shareholders owned the balance.
The shares of the real estate developer closed 4.1% up at 0.635 lei in regular trading on the BVB on Friday.
Impact Developer & Contractor, set up in 1991, is one of Romania's leading private real estate developers.
