A package of 19,654,936 shares will be offered at an initial price of 1.0 marka apiece in a bourse auction that will be held between October 22 and October 26, Banja Luka Stock Exchange said on its website. It did not disclose the name of the seller.
The four biggest shareholders in Hidroelektrane na Trebisnjici are: state-owned power utility Elektroprivreda RS (65%), PREF, the company that manages the Serb Republic’s state pension fund (10.1%), Zepter Fond (5.1%) and the Restitution Fund (5.0%), bourse data indicated.
Hidroelektrane na Trebisnjici is located in Trebinje in the Serb Republic, one of the two entities that form Bosnia. The other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
