A package of 18,583,868 shares will be offered at an initial price of 1.0 marka apiece in a bourse auction between October 22 and October 26, Banja Luka Stock Exchange said on its website. It did not disclose the name of the seller.
The biggest shareholders in Hidroelektrane na Drini are: state-owned power utility Elektroprivreda RS (65%), PREF, the company that manages the Serb Republic’s state pension fund (10.04%), the Restitution Fund (5.0%) and Zepter Fond (4.2%), bourse data indicated.
Hidroelektrane na Drini is located in Visegrad in the Serb Republic, one of the two entities that form Bosnia. The other is the Muslim-Croat Federation.
