December 11 (SeeNews) - A stake of 15.67% in Romanian dairy producer Albalact [BSE:ALBZ] was traded for 10.65 million lei ($3.05 million/2.34 million euro) on the Bucharest over-the-counter market RASDAQ on Tuesday, bourse data showed.

Stake of 15.67% in Romania's Albalact trades on Bucharest OTC market

About 102.28 million shares of the company changed hands in one block deal at a price of 0.1041 lei each, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.

(1 euro = 4.5438 Romanian lei)
