As a leader of the Croatian market of food supplements, Nemus Lex has 12 groups of own brand products in its portfolio, Tomislav Kovalisko, managing partner at Vestibule Partners which advised Nemus Lex on the deal, said on his Linkedin profile earlier this week.

The Stada Group did not respond to a SeeNews request for further details of the transaction by the time this article was published.

Nemus Lex has own food supplement and cosmetics brand, Pharmoval, manufactured in Croatia. It also distributes some international brands of health-related products.

The top-selling brand of Nemus Lex is immune system-boosting food supplement Imunosal.

According to data from the country commercial register, Nemus Lex has been owned so far by three local individuals: Davor Gracan, Kemal Kremic and Patrik Polimac.

Stada focuses on generics, specialty pharma and non-prescription consumer healthcare products. Worldwide, it sells its products in some 120 countries. As of end-December 2021, Stada employed 12,520 people worldwide.
