Sopharma Properties plans 0.08 euro/share 2023 dividend

The company plans to distribute as dividend 3.51 million levs out of its net profit of 11.83 million levs reported for last year, Sopharma Properties said in a stock exchange filing on Friday. The remaining earnings would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders on June 20.

Sopharma Properties distributed a gross dividend of 0.165 levs per share for 2022, or 3.62 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Sopharma Properties last traded on May 10 when they closed at 9.45 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
