BUCHAREST (Romania), October 27 (SeeNews) – A total of 642,727 shares of Romanian animal food producer Select Nutricomb Crevedia changed hands for a combined 1.9 million lei ($659,000/443,000 euro) in two transactions on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
The number of shares corresponds to a stake of 80.7% in the company. The shares changed hands at a price of 3.0 lei each, down from 4.0 lei when they last traded on March 9, bourse data showed.

The parties to the deal were not immediately known.
Waref Rom was the largest shareholder in Select Nutricomb Crevedia holding a 76% stake at end-June, data from Romania's Central Depository showed. Smaller shareholders owned the balance.
