Some 6.2 mln shares of Romania's OMV Petrom trade on bourse

September 28 (SeeNews) - About 6.2 million shares, equal to a stake of 0.011% in Romanian oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] changed hands for 2.5 million lei ($713,400/551,300 euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Friday, stock exchange data indicated.

Some 6.2 mln shares of Romania's OMV Petrom trade on bourse

The shares were traded in two block deals at a price of 0.3961 lei apiece, Bucharest Stock Exchange data showed.

The parties to the deals were not disclosed.

In regular trading, blue chip OMV Petrom was 0.81% up at 0.3962 lei by 0932 GMT on the Bucharest bourse.

(1 euro = 4.535 Romanian lei)
