Some 3.7 mln shares in Romania's OMV Petrom trade on bourse

October 25 (SeeNews) - About 3.7 million shares, equal to a stake of 0.006% in Romanian oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP], were traded for 1.5 million lei ($426,900/328,500 euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Thursday, stock exchange data showed.

Some 3.7 mln shares in Romania's OMV Petrom trade on bourse

The shares changed hand in two block deals at a price of 0.41 lei apiece, Bucharest Stock Exchange data indicated.

The parties to the deals were not disclosed.

In regular trading, blue chip OMV Petrom was flat at 0.41 lei by 1127 GMT on the Bucharest bourse.

(1 euro = 4.566 Romanian lei)
