Some 137,500 Shares in Romanian Industrial Tools Maker Scudas Trade for 1.4 Mln Lei (381,000 Euro)

October 31 (SeeNews) - A total of 137,500 shares of Romanian industrial tools maker Scudas changed hands for 1.4 million lei ($485,500/381,000 euro) in 22 transactions on the Romanian over-the-counter market RASDAQ on Friday, bourse data showed.

The number of shares corresponds to a stake of 20% in the company. The shares were traded at an average price of 10.5 lei per share, 61.5% up from their previous trading on Tuesday, RASDAQ data showed.

The bourse did not identify immediately the parties to the transactions.

Data from the Central Depository showed that as of June 30, Romania’s privatization agency AVAS owned 69.98% of Scudas (www.scudas.ro), SIF 2 Moldova, one of Romania's five geographically-defined investment funds, held a stake of 19.96% and smaller investors owned the remainder.
