The two companies also spurred on the BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, and the BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. Both indices were additionally lifted by a 4.44% gain in Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:VAM] to 4.70 levs.
Overall, the BGBX40 index added 0.88% to 170.17 points, while the BGTR30 grew by 1.31% to 853.24 points.
The BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, advanced by 0.25% to 190.72 points on the back of a 1.60% increase in Bulgarian Real Estate Fund REIT [BUL:BREF] to 2.54 levs.
Meanwhile, the BEAMX index, which tracks the ten most highly capitalised growth companies, slid 0.41% to 97.93 points. It was constrained by a 5.69% drop in cargo drone developer Dronamics' special purpose vehicle Dronamics Capital [BUL:DRON] to 2.32 levs.
Total turnover on the main market of the Sofia bourse climbed to roughly 1.02 million levs ($562,979/521,516 euro) on Tuesday from 840,030 levs on Monday.
Diversified group Republic Holding [BUL:HREP] was the day's top stock by turnover, which came in at 522,707 levs after 262,667 shares changed hands. The company closed flat at 1.99 levs.
