September 17 (SeeNews) - Municipally-owned public transport company Stolichen Electrotransport, which serves the Bulgarian capital Sofia, said that it has extended the deadline for submitting offers for a contract for supply of 30 new electric buses and 10 charging stations by 15 days to October 22.
The contract is worth an estimated 38.4 million levs ($21.8 million/19.6 million euro), VAT excluded, Stolichen Electrotransport said in a notice on Monday.
The contract also envisages carrying out the necessary training of Stolichen Electrotransport staff related to the exploitation and maintenance of the vehicles.
Offers will be ranked based on price, which has 56% weight in the final mark, and technical criteria.
