Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage's operating revenue increased to 7.5 million levs between January and September from some 6 million levs a year earlier, the company said in an interim financial statement last week. Sales of services jumped by an annual 26% to some 7.5 million levs.
In parallel, the company's expenses climbed to 3.9 million levs from 3.5 million levs, chiefly due to a 12% rise in remuneration costs to 2.9 million levs.
Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage operates a chain of over 100 pawnshops in Bulgaria.
Shares in Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage last traded on Monday when they closed at 3.04 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
