October 29 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange operator said on Tuesday that it has rejected a request by local diversified group Holding Center [BUL:6C8] to be moved to the BSE Main Market from the BaSE Alternative Market.
The company has not met the main market's requirements for information disclosure during the 12 months preceding the request, the Sofia bourse operator said in a statement.
Earlier this year, Holding Center raised 17.3 million levs ($9.9 million/8.8 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Holding Center shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 31.8 levs.
