Sofia bourse admits to trading Industrial Capital Holding cap hike issue

November 26 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has decided to admit to trading a subsequent issue of 157,074 shares in local Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:4I8].

The shares will start trading on the stock exchange on November 27, the stock exchange operator said in a statement on Monday.

Industrial Capital Holding increased its capital to 15,864,544 levs ($8.98 million/8.11 million euro) from 15,707,470 levs through the new issue.

The company placed the shares at a price of 1 lev apiece.

Industrial Capital Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2.08 levs apiece.

Only members of the holding company's board of directors and current employees had the right to subscribe for shares from the new issue.
