Societe Generale Banka Montenegro in bancassurance deal with Uniqa

In the life insurance segment, Societe Generale Banka Montenegro partners with insurer Merkur, the lender said in a statement.

The bank said it plans to introduce other insurance products in the future, but it did not elaborate.

Bancassurance is a partnership between a bank and an insurance company which enables the insurance company to sell its products to the bank's client base.
