Slovenia's Skupina Prva net profit rises in 2023

The company's net insurance premium income grew to 12.5 million euro from 9.8 million euro, whereas net claims expenditure increased to 10.7 million euro from 9.4 million euro, Skupina Prva said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange last week.

The return on equity (ROE) of Skupina Prva to went up to 33.8% from 10.5%, the company said.

In July 2022, Ljubljana District Court entered into its register the resolution for the delisting of all shares of Skupina Prva which will take effect in two years. The shareholders of Skupina Prva voted to delist the holding's shares from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at their general meeting in June 2022.
