Slovenia's SID Banka raises 60 mln euro in bond reopening

October 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian state-owned development bank SID Banka said on Monday it has raised an additional 60 million euro ($77.8 million) in the reopening of a one-year bond.

Slovenia's SID Banka raises 60 mln euro in bond reopening

SID Banka said in a bourse filing it reopened a government-guaranteed bond issued on September 28.

The total amount outstanding after the reopening is 210 million euro. The reopening yield to maturity is 3.26% with a 100.14% reopening price.

The bond was reopened in a private placement on the international capital market.
