Slovenia's SID Banka partially redeems Vienna bourse-listed bond

October 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian state-owned development bank SID Banka said on Monday it has partially redeemed a bond listed on the secondary regulated market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Slovenia's SID Banka partially redeems Vienna bourse-listed bond

The lender said in a bourse filing it has repurchased bonds with the ticker symbol SEDABI 2.66 10/28/12 (ISIN: XS0698629002) in the nominal amount of 20 million euro ($25.9 million).

The repurchased bonds will be struck from the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and withdrawn from trading.

After the partial cancellation, the total nominal value of the bonds with the ticker symbol SEDABI 2.66 10/28/12 will amount to 112.4 million euro.
