Slovenia’s SID Bank repurchases 17.6 mln euro in bonds

September 27 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's SID Bank said it has repurchased part of a bond issue in nominal value of 17.6 million euro ($23 million) on the secondary market.

Slovenia’s SID Bank repurchases 17.6 mln euro in bonds

The bond with ticker symbol SEDABI 2,66 10/28/12 (ISIN: XS0698629002) is registered in the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and is trading on the Second Regulated Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, SID Bank said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The bonds that have been repurchased will be cancelled from the register and withdrawn from trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

After the partial cancellation the total nominal value of the bonds with the ticker symbol SEDABI 2,66 10/28/12 will amount to 132.4 million euro, SID Bank said.
