Slovenia's SID Bank redeems 65 mln euro in Luxembourg-listed bonds

December 4 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's SID Bank said on Tuesday it has partially redeemed a bond listed for trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Slovenia's SID Bank redeems 65 mln euro in Luxembourg-listed bonds

The lender said in a bourse filing it has repurchased 65 million euro ($85.1 million) of bonds with ticker symbol SEDABI 3 04/21/15 and that the total outstanding nominal value of the issue now is 1.035 billion euro.

The redeemed bonds will be cancelled from the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and withdrawn from trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
