Slovenia's Sava Re recapitalises Serbian unit Sava Osiguranje

October 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re said on Wednesday it has recapitalised Serbian subsidiary Sava osiguranje.

In the recapitalisation of Sava Osiguranje, 99.9%-owned by Sava Re, the amount of 24.4 million Serbian dinars ($273,600/211,600 euro) was paid in on September 18, Sava Re said in a statement posted on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

The capital increase was registered with the Belgrade-based Business Register Agency on September 27.
