LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 16 (SeeNews) – The average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 2.4% year-on-year in July, after rising by 2.1% in June, the national statistical office said on Monday, citing provisional figures.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average net monthly earnings in Slovenia increased by a real 1.7% in July, after dropping 0.8% in June.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in Slovenia increased 4.4% on the year to 1,119.08 euro ($1,238.84) in July. On a monthly comparison basis, wages rose by a nominal 1.0%.
The average gross monthly wage in Slovenia rose to 1,737.42 euro in July, up by a nominal 5.2% and a real 3.1% higher year-on-year.
