September 25 (SeeNews) - Slovenian pension fund manager Prva Group said on Thursday it will sell its Romanian unit Prima Pensie.

Slovenia’s Prva Group To Sell Romanian Unit Prima Pensie

Prva Group’s supervisory board has approved the management board's decision regarding the sale of Prima Pensie, Prva Group said in a statement.

It gave no further details. Prva Group officials were not immediately available to comment.

Prima Pensie was set up in June 2007.
