Slovenia's Pivovarna Lasko Union names CEO

March 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenian brewer Pivovarna Lasko Union (PLU), a unit of Dutch brewer Heineken, has appointed Marta Bulhak as CEO, the company said.

Bulhak will assume office on May 1, succeeding Zooullis Mina, who served in the position for five years, PLU said in a statement earlier this week.

Currently, the CEO of Heineken Croatia, Bulhak had previously held various management positions in the areas of treasury, supply chain, and HR management, PLU said.

Heineken acquired PLU in 2016 after successfully completing a takeover bid.
