Slovenia's Pivovarna Lasko inks 51.8 mln euro deal with Kofola to sell 75.31% stake in Radenska

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 19 (SeeNews) – Slovenian brewer Pivovarna Lasko [LJE:PILR] said on Friday it signed a deal with local fund management company Kofola for the sale of its 75.31% stake in beverage unit Radenska for 51.8 million euro ($64 million).

The deal was also signed with Czech carbonated soft drink producer Kofola S.A. as the guarantor, Pivovarna Lasko said in a bourse filing.

The sales agreement, which concerns Radenska’s 3,812,023 shares, for which Kofola will have to pay 13.59 euro per  share, is subject to several conditions which have to be met before the completion of the transaction.

The sales process for Pivovarna Lasko’s stake in Radenska is planned to be completed within three months.
