Slovenia's Petrol repurchases part of note issue

December 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] said on Friday it has repurchased on the open market part of the PETGSV3 1/4 06/19 note issue, in the aggregate nominal amount of 10 million euro ($11.8 million).

The early repurchased notes were cancelled on December 14, following which the aggregate nominal value of the PETGSV3 1/4 06/19 notes amounts to 220 million euro, Petrol said in a Ljubljana bourse filing.
